ICF’s Commitment

ICF is governed by a statewide Board of Governors composed of leaders from Iowa’s independent colleges and universities, along with business and community leaders from across the state. Together, these leaders help guide the organization’s strategic direction, financial stewardship, and statewide impact.

ICF follows nonprofit best practices in governance, financial oversight, and accountability. The organization undergoes independent financial audits and works to ensure responsible management of all funds entrusted to support students and member institutions.
